Shipping

Deliveries are made to the shipping address specified by the customer during the ordering process.

Kids Interiors ships to most countries in the world to your address against signature. If you are not available when the parcel is delivered to you, then you will be able to pick the parcel up at your local post office or by the agent chosen by French transport company Colissimo or DHL.

Please note: customers may incur customs charges when ordering from outside the European Union.

 

Flat shipping rates apply that depend on the order value.

Orders shipped within France:

order value 0-90€ : 9€

order value 91-200€ :15€

order value above 201€ : Free

Orders shipped within Europe:

order value 0-90€ : 15€

order value 91-200€ : 25€

order value above 201€ : Free

Orders shipped Internationally (Outside Europe):

order value 0-90€ : 35€

order value 91-200€ : 55€

order value 201-600€ : 70€

order value 601-900€ : 90€

order value above 900€ : 120€

For samples of wallpapers, delivery is free for 1 sample worldwide. However, if you wish to receive 2-6 samples to the same address, then you need to choose the following price rate below and not buy each sample separately:

France : 5€

Europe : 7€

Rest of the World : 9€

Delivery Time

Delivery times are applied once the payment is received, and the package is ready for shipment. Shipment information is found on each product page or can be sent by email.

Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Kids Interiors cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.

Damages

In case of damage during the transportation  a written notification with a photo should be sent within 3 days after receipt of the parcel(s) to thestore@kidsinteriors.com so we can send you the address for returning the parcel. We will pay for the return and make a refund if products are damaged.

Returns 

We do not accept returns as they are made-to-order. Please order a sample if you wish to be sure of the colour and design and how it fits in your home. If products are damaged, please refer to paragraph "damages" above.
