Shipping

Deliveries are made to the shipping address specified by the customer during the ordering process.

Kids Interiors ships small items such as cushions and wallpapers to most countries in the world to your address against signature. If you are not available when the parcel is delivered to you, then you will be able to pick the parcel up at your local post office or by the agent chosen by French transport company Colissimo.

Furniture will be shipped directly from the brand’s warehouses with their chosen transport company and they will contact you to inform about date of delivery. Please note that parcels for furniture and mattresses will be delivered outside your home and that you will have to carry the parcels to the inside of your home by yourself. Some parcels might be heavy so please make sure you know the weight of your order (you will find this in the product description or alternatively email us at info@thekidsinteriorsstore.com) We advise that two people are present at the time of delivery to receive and carry the parcels.

Please note: customers may incur customs charges when ordering from outside the European Union.

Delivery Time

Delivery times are applied once the payment is received, and the package is ready for shipment. Shipment information is found on each product page or can be sent by email.

Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Kids Interiors cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.

Damages

In case of damage during the transportation of furniture, a written notification should be sent to the transporter within 3 days after receipt of the parcel(s).

By signing the bill of delivery of the transporter for furniture, the Client/Customer (or addressee) accepts the delivery of the product(s). In case that the packaging of the delivery looks damaged, the client or addressee should open the delivery in presence of the transporter to check for any damages, or note “under reservations” when signing the bill of delivery. In case the client or addressee notices a damage due to the shipment, the client has the right to refuse the delivery and note “transport damage” on the bill of delivery. Should the client discover a damage of the products after signing the bill of delivery, then the client should contact Kids Interiors at info@thekidsinteriorsstore.com within 3 days for any claims.

For all other items, the Customer should contact info@thekidsinteriorsstore.com within 24 hours of signing the parcel if any damages are noticed. No returns will be accepted for damaged items if this timeframe hasn't been accepted.


Returns 

The Customer, a non-professional individual, has a withdrawal period of seven days from delivery of their order to return the product to Kids Interiors for exchange or refund without penalty, except for return costs.

To return a product the customer needs to contact Kids Interiors by email at the following address info@thekidsinteriorsstore.com, prior to sending the product back, and has to mention the order number, the products that the customer wishes to return and the reason for returning them. Kids Interiors reserves the right to refuse a returned product in case the Customer did not contact Kids Interiors beforehand and within the defined time line. Kids Interiors will then inform the Customer on how to proceed with the return.
All goods returned must be in their original packaging, should neither have been used nor have been damaged.

Furniture cannot be returned as they are made to order (unless damaged, please refer to paragraph “damages” under our terms and conditions).
