Shipping
Deliveries are made to the shipping address specified by the customer during the ordering process.
Kids Interiors ships to most countries in the world to your address against signature. If you are not available when the parcel is delivered to you, then you will be able to pick the parcel up at your local post office or by the agent chosen by French transport company Colissimo or DHL.
Please note: customers may incur customs charges when ordering from outside the European Union.
Flat shipping rates apply that depend on the order value.

For samples of wallpapers, delivery is free for 1 sample worldwide. However, if you wish to receive 2-6 samples to the same address, then you need to choose the following price rate below and not buy each sample separately:
France : 5€

Rest of the World (including UK) : 9€
Delivery Time
Delivery times are applied once the payment is received, and the package is ready for shipment. Shipment information is found on each product page or can be sent by email.
Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Kids Interiors cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.
Prices for residents in the European Union
Prices for EU residents the prices are presented in EUR. All prices are gross prices including local VAT. Freight is not included in the price. The total price is visible at the checkout-page before confirming the order, as soon as you have chosen your country of destination.
Prices for residents outside the European Union
If you are accessing our website from outside the European Union the prices at our website are VAT/Sales taxes excluded. You pay applicable import taxes and customs fee according to your country’s policy when your order is delivered. Contact you country's customs office for more information. You may also be charged an administrative fee by the shipping company.
For residents outside the European Union the prices are presented in EUR or USD. For residents in Switzerland the prices are presented in EUR.
Damages
In case of damage during the transportation a written notification with a photo should be sent within 3 days after receipt of the parcel(s) to thekidsinteriorsstore@gmail.com so we can send you the address for returning the parcel. We will pay for the return and make a refund if products are damaged.
Returns
You can return a product in a period of 14 days if you live in the European union. When returning a product it must be in unopened and unchanged condition. Please note that the returns policy only applies to non-customized products; by customized products we mean any product where you have been able to choose your own colours, size, length and personalisation with name. The price of the products, shipping costs deducted, will be refunded within 14 days from the day that the product is delivered to us. If you use your right to return a product, the shipping costs, custom and handlings fees will be paid by you and we strongly advice you to use a trackable service.Returns from an exporting country is not possible.
